Service Description
*Serving the City of Houston & surrounding suburbs* All intimate dining options for two includes dinner, complimentary wine or cocktail, & dessert. Romantic décor including roses, candles, & more available. SEE POLICIES FOR TIERS BREAKDOWN. Specific menu choices can be chosen when you book, & include 1 main course/protein, 1 appetizer, 2 side dishes, 1 desert per party, 1 bottle of wine or mixed cocktail pitcher/set up per party. You can view our full menu on the "Full Menu" page. This service price varies & includes a travel fee. The customer chooses the location & the time, I handle everything else. The chef will come, setup all food & décor for your package. Pre-cooked setups require 1 hour to complete. I do home setups as well. If you would like for me to cook the meal in your home, we will need to have a pre-event meeting with you for menu planning & getting acquainted with your kitchen, your serving pieces & dinnerware. Dinner preparation in your kitchen on the day of the event using your pots, pans, & large & small appliances is possible. I will supplement my own pots, pans & small appliances (food processor, mixer, etc.), as necessary. If it is determined that your serving pieces & dinnerware will not accommodate the number of people you wish to entertain, renting these essentials will be necessary. I will arrange the rental, the pick-up & return. You will be asked to pay a 50% rental deposit after a quote is received & you will be invoiced for the balance the day of the event. A rental pick-up & return fee of $50 will be charged, which is due the day of the event. The cost of groceries is extra & is not included in the service fee; grocery deposit (total cost of food/supplies) will be due at the time services are engaged as well as 50% of the total service fee. *TRAVEL FEES* ALL services require a travel fee & vary based on location. 1/2 of your total payment (the fee for the service + your travel fee) will be due upon booking. The remaining half of your fee will be due in person on the date of your event. . Cancellation Policy All deposits are nonrefundable. If cancellation occurs as fault of our business the client will be fully refunded and compensated at a later at a discounted rate if he/she wishes. Clients are allowed to reschedule , 14 days prior to the set date without losing their deposit, ****PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 1 (ONE) TIME RESCHEDULE ACCOMMODATION**** ALL OTHERS RESCHEDULING WILL REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
